HERE ARE SOME OF OUR CLIENT KUDOS

Dear Robin,

“You have been an angel sent to us and we appreciate all you are doing for mom. If this world would have more like you on it, what a place it could be, for you are one in a million.”

Thanks again!
R. & M.

Dear Robin,

Me and the rest of our family are thankful,
especially L. & L. You were always there for
us and we can’t thank you enough.

Love, P.

Dear Robin,

“Thank you so much for helping us to find the perfect place to make Jean’s last days with us comfortable and safe. Thank you for being the caring person you are and doing your job so well. You seem to have a gift of knowing people and where they will get the best care for their specific and individual needs. I have the feeling that I will be seeing you again when I need help placing my mom someday.

You chose a wonderful facility with the nicest lady residents! My husband, Rob and I really enjoyed visiting the residents and talking with them! Very Special ladies! I will (Rob too!) definitely go there as often as I can to visit! So sweet! Thanks again for all of your help going the extra mile.”

Fondly,
S. W.

You Were A God Send

“At an emotional time in Florida, a state I was not from nor familiar with, you were a God Send. My stable force in my life was in the hospital with beginning stages of dementia. I needed a safe, healthy environment for her.

Where to start? It is overwhelming to say the least. Robin met me at the hospital the morning I called her. Robin met my Aunt. She talked with the case worker, talked with me to find out more about my Aunt; her likes, lifestyle and to get my input. Robin had an idea of a place for her to go and arranged a meeting with the people at the facility, all the same day. To my delight, it was a perfect fit. I have had to search on my own for health facilities, trying to find the right one with the health care that is needed. Daunting to say the least. But at least it was in my home state, this was not.

Robin handled everything, directing me in what I needed to do, what papers to get, how to sign the contract, you name it. My aunt is being well cared for. She is safe and getting all the therapy that was recommended by the hospital. I was able to return home and continue to care for my aging mother and my family knowing my aunt was well cared for. I will never be able to forget Robin and the way she flew into our lives. She is my Dove on steroids. I wish you only the best Robin.”

Dear Robin,

“Today as I sat and visited with Betty I realized there was a calm about her that I had not seen in months. The move has been a good one and she has already found a very caring staff to assist in meeting her needs and they seem to be able to provide just enough support to keep her need for attention satisfied.

I hope that you will close your eyes and see our grateful faces every once in a while. God Bless you in all that you do.”

With Appreciation, L. & S.

“Thank you for helping me, my father and my sister through this difficult time. It's nice to know someone is there.”

You Are A Life Saver

“I wanted to let you know how much of a life saver Robin Patrowicz has been to both my father and myself. My father lives in Florida and I live in upstate New York. For the longest time he has been ill both physically and emotionally. He's also been a very difficult person to deal with which has taken its toll on me both physically and mentally. He needed to get the proper care and living arrangements for the longest time, but it has been very difficult, both because of poor care by people in other facilities and also because of my father's difficult attitude.

It has possibly been the most difficult thing I've ever had to deal with and it had been going on for such a long period of time. Then, when I was at my wits end, Robin came into the picture, virtually out of nowhere and contacted me and told me she was on the case to help my father get into an assisted living facility, but more importantly help him get a better quality of life. She was so compassionate with my father and me that I started to feel better almost overnight. And yes, my father felt the same way. She worked tirelessly with securing my father a better place to be and made sure it was the right fit, and as of right now it certainly seems to be. But she hasn't stopped there. She worked with and contacted many people to get the process moving at a very fast rate and always kept me and my father in the loop. She even took my phone calls on weekends, which I didn't want her to do but she gladly did it and always with a positive, reassuring and happy attitude.

There still is work to be done, but that is mainly from the very good people that Robin set me and my father up with. She still is involved, and I told her that she is "my go to person" because I trust her implicitly. I am so thankful for her involvement and I really consider it to be divine intervention because she came at such a bad time in our lives. I have worked with many people over a period of years with my father, some good and some not quite as good. But no one has been able to hold a candle to Robin. She is by far the best and most trustworthy person I've ever spoken or dealt with when it comes to my dad. She deserves all the accolades and commendations that anyone in her position can get. I only wish that she could be cloned because the world needs more caring and enthusiastic people like her.”

Yours Very Sincerely, J.L.B.

Dear Robin,

“Just wanted to thank you again for all your help in assisting Jerry and I with placement for his brother Ron. Your help was priceless in providing suggestions on where to seek placement. You were also helpful by suggesting questions that we might ask as well as things we should look for in a facility. I know that you saved us a great deal of time and frustration by sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Your quick response to our needs was the mark of a truly compassionate professional! Ron looks comfortable, worry free, clean and well taken care of. Jerry and I are thankful for all of this. We'd be happy to refer you to anyone else in a similar situation and we will certainly reach out for your help as Ron's dementia progresses.”

“Robin is a gem! She was indispensable in helping me untangle the confusing maze of finding an appropriate assisted living facility for my elderly aunts. She really knows this field well and knows the area and the local facilities. She offers kind, sensitive and sensible assistance. She not only helped with their placement, she has provided invaluable guidance as issues have come up after they moved in. By all means, hire her!”

A Wonderful Resource

“It is my extreme joy and privilege to thank Ms. Robin Patrowicz for the care we recently received with my wife's 95-year-old step-mother Betty. In mid-January, Betty fell and broke a femur. While at the hospital we were referred to Robin. Betty was transferred to rehab and Robin was there for us - then, and remained with us until this past weekend when Betty was finally settled in a Long-Term Nursing Facility near where we live. It was not an easy process to say the least. We had considerable difficulty finding an appropriate location for our step-mom.

Without Robin, we would have been totally and completely lost with systems and procedures. I am a retired pastor and have been with countless families at such a time as this. But in today's world, I would have been totally helpless to guide anyone through the systems. This was Robin's "ministry" to us. Robin was superbly professional and dedicated but far more than that she became "a member of the family.” She was always there for us in every way and not only was she at the end of my wife's phone at all hours, she would take the initiative to call my wife to give her information or just check on our well-being. How can we ever thank Robin? We have already begun spreading our "Good News" about Robin to all our friends who may need such a wonderful resource in the relatively near future. We want to express our appreciation for Robin.”

Sincerely Yours, The Rev. & Mrs. S.O.

Dear Robin,

“Let me start by saying that I have the utmost gratitude to Robin for helping my father find a new place to live. This has been uncharted territory, I found myself in the midst of needing guidance with no advance notice to find a new facility for my Dad. Just imagine, this was stressful enough over the last 2 weeks not knowing where Dad could live, add to it being over 1200 miles away, then top it off with the Covid-19 pandemic that threw a curve ball to having him be placed in a new facility. YIKES! At times, panic began to seep in and Robin helped with her calm reassurance that Dad would be fine. To say the least, Robin has proven herself to be a genuine, caring, considerate and knowledgeable lady to advocate for patients rights. Without her expertise assistance I would have been at a loss to try to find a Memory Care facility that would accept my 90 year old father with Alzheimer's. Not only was her insight & Rolodex of contacts helpful she was there every moment. Robin went above and beyond what I could have asked for. It felt that she was not only on my Dad's side 100% but she also reassured me since I was the only one in my Dad's corner to be his voice. We did have a bit of a roller coaster ride due to the pandemic and recent guidelines, but all along the way Robin made sure she kept me abreast of the situation and she even picked up Dad's belongings and is bringing them to his new home. There's not enough words of praise to thank her for all the help she provided. In the future I will be sure to remember and recommend her services, good to know that she can help seniors all across the U.S.”
